BBQ Bundle Texas Brisket
The BBQ Bundle Texas Brisket is put together for anyone who smokes brisket or short ribs low & slow. Brisket is the meat we sell most of over the counter in our store in Trondheim, and this bundle contains the rubs and sauce for exactly that job.
The bundle follows Texas tradition. First a layer of The Missing Link Texas Handshake SPG Rub, a sugar-free blend of kosher salt, coarse black pepper and garlic, then Sucklebusters Texas Brisket Rub, a mild rub developed for beef that builds a good crust without taking over the flavour. Traeger Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce has solid heat and a clear pepper flavour, and its thin consistency makes it suitable both as a marinade and as a dipping sauce at the table.

Why two rubs?
The SPG rub gives the base flavour of salt, pepper and garlic, while the brisket rub adds a rounder BBQ character and good colour to the crust. Together they give the classic Texas bark.
Is the bundle spicy?
The rubs are mild. Traeger Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce has solid heat and can be served on the side for those who want it hotter.
Why is butcher paper not included?
The bundle only contains rubs and sauce. You will find butcher paper, a meat thermometer and a spritzer in the BBQ Equipment Bundle Brisket.
