The Missing Link Happy Ending Pork & Rib Rub is inspired by Texas BBQ and is based on cane sugar, brown sugar, paprika, garlic and chipotle. During the last 10 minutes you brush on Sucklebusters Honey BBQ Glaze & Finishing Sauce, which gives a glossy, sweet layer without heat. Jack Daniel´s BBQ Original, with tomato, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and a hint of hickory smoke, is served at the table.
