Complete starter kit with two 20L Cornelius kegs from the Italian maker AEB, which hold 1 litre more than standard 19L kegs. The kit has everything you need to carbonate and serve beer from two kegs at the same time, with push-fit quick connectors throughout.

How to connect it
The John Guest T-piece connects to the CO2 regulator with a short piece of 5/16" hose from one of the CO2 hose sets. Then connect the CO2 hose sets to the T-piece, as shown in the picture.

Tips on CO2 and carbonation
Always store the CO2 cylinder upright when it is connected to the regulator. The cylinder contains liquid CO2, which can freeze the gauge and damage the regulator if the cylinder lies down.
Carbonate the beer at 1 bar for 1 week at a normal fridge temperature of 4 °C. See also our carbonation chart (image).
Frequently asked questions about the keg kit
How long does it take to carbonate the beer?
At 1 bar for 1 week at 4 °C, with the gas connected the whole time, the beer will be fully carbonated.
Why must the CO2 cylinder stand upright?
The cylinder contains liquid CO2. If it lies down, the liquid can freeze the gauge and damage the regulator.
Can I use an AGA cylinder instead of SodaStream?
Yes. The Oxyturbo regulator is compatible with both SodaStream and AGA CO2 cylinders.
Why 20L kegs?
The 20L keg holds 1 litre more than the standard 19 litre keg and suits a typical batch better.
Can I serve from both kegs at the same time?
Yes. The T-piece supplies gas to both kegs, and each keg has its own beer line set with a picnic tap.
