Description
Brixton Brewery Coldharbour Lager all-grain beer kit – crisp, floral pilsner
Silver Taste Award @ International Beer Challenge 2021
With this all-grain beer kit you brew Coldharbour Lager from Brixton Brewery in London. In the past, travellers to London found shelter on Brixton's Coldharbour Lane. Today it is a free-spirited street where anything goes, and its bohemian history inspired this pilsner. Coldharbour is clean, crisp and floral, fresh and full of flavour. The recipe has been refined since Brixton first brewed the beer in 2015.
The kit is for those who brew themselves, with a brewing system, mashing and boiling from scratch.
