Thunder Hopped Double IPA – all-grain beer kit from Brewolution
Thunder Hopped is an American double IPA with plenty of Mosaic hops, dry hopped with Mosaic and Motueka. The all-grain kit from Brewolution contains malt, hops, yeast and finings for a 23–25 litre brew, and suits brewers who mash and boil themselves, for example in a brewing system.

Unmilled malt
For quality and shelf life, the malt is supplied unmilled. If you do not already have a grain mill, we recommend getting one so the malt is freshly milled on brew day. Freshly milled malt has more flavour and aroma.

What else do I need?
You need all-grain brewing equipment, a fermenter and priming sugar, which is not included.
How strong is the beer?
With an OG of 1.084 and FG of 1.015, the beer comes out at around 9.2% ABV.
How should the beer be fermented?
Ferment for 14 days at 18–22 °C. With an OG this high, it is wise to oxygenate the wort well before pitching the yeast.
