Premium Starter Kit 50L – quality equipment for larger brewing systems
A starter kit with quality equipment for brewing with larger brewing systems, such as the Grainfather G70, Speidel Braumeister 50 and Brew Monk B70. It gives you what you need for fermentation, cleaning and measuring, including an Inkbird WIFI controller for temperature-controlled fermentation.
With the 60 litre fermenter, the kit also works when you want to ferment two Fresh Wort Kits at the same time.
Complete it with a keg package for carbonating and serving from kegs, or with a capper and bottles.
The kit contains
- Speidel fermenter 60L with airlock and tap
- Speidel wooden mash paddle
- Refractometer, for measuring Specific Gravity during brewing and before fermentation (Original Gravity)
- Hydrometer with test jar, for measuring Final Gravity after fermentation
- Inkbird WIFI ITC-308 temperature controller for fermentation
- 1 metre 9 mm silicone hose

Which brewing systems is the kit suited to?

Can I ferment two Fresh Wort Kits at the same time?
Yes. The 60 litre fermenter holds two 20 litre Fresh Wort Kits.
Why are both a refractometer and a hydrometer included?
The refractometer measures the sugar content of the wort during brewing and before fermentation. After fermentation, alcohol distorts refractometer readings, so you use the hydrometer to measure Final Gravity.
Are kegs or bottles included?
No. Complete the kit with a keg package for serving from kegs, or with a capper and bottles.
