The John Guest push-fit connector 3/8" – 1/4" joins a tube with a 3/8" outside diameter to a tube with a 1/4" outside diameter. Use it wherever you change from one tube size to another, for example in beer, water or gas lines. John Guest push-fit fittings give a fast, secure and leak-free connection of hoses and pipes for both liquids and gas under pressure, and they are food-grade approved.

How do I connect the tubing?
Cut the tubing square and push it into the fitting until it stops. To release, press in the collet and pull the tubing out.

Can the fitting be used with Star San?
Acid-based products can over time make plastic parts such as John Guest fittings brittle.
What should I do if the beer foams at the fitting?
A tiny leak at a John Guest fitting can draw in air and cause foam. Cut the end of the tubing square and reconnect.
