The Brew Monk S40 Sparge Water Heater is designed for home brewers who want better control and higher efficiency when sparging the grain bed. After mashing, a lot of sugar remains in the malt, and proper sparging with the correct temperature can contribute to better yield and more efficient brewing.

This model has an integrated pump, allowing you to easily transfer hot sparge water directly to the brew kettle and distribute it over the grain bed. This makes for a more comfortable brew day, better control, and less need for manual handling of hot water.

The Brew Monk S40 comes with a 2-meter silicone hose with a 10 mm inner diameter and 14 mm outer diameter, so it can be used directly in most brewing setups. For even more even distribution of sparge water, it can also be combined with the Brew Monk Mash and Sparge Manifold, which is sold separately.

The modern digital display makes it easy to monitor the temperature, while the powerful 2500W heating element heats the water quickly and maintains a stable temperature. With an effective capacity of 35 liters, you have plenty of sparge water available even for larger brews.

The kettle is made of stainless steel and comes with a lid made of tempered glass. This provides a solid and durable sparge water heater that pairs well with various brewing systems.

Important: This unit is only intended for heating sparge water and should not be used as a brew kettle.
