Description
Bonsak Julesnadder – all-grain Christmas beer kit with 100 % Bonsak malt
In collaboration with Bonsak Gårdsmalteri we present Julesnadder, a Christmas beer brewed with 100 % Bonsak malt and based on the Scotch strong ale style. The beer is malt-driven with a particularly rich flavour from the specialty malts Honning and Special N, with notes of spiced Christmas biscuits, dried fruit, nuts and dates.
Julesnadder does not need as long a maturation as many other Christmas beers, so it suits you well if you are late with your Christmas brew.
About Bonsak Gårdsmalteri
Bonsak Gårdsmalteri produces malt from barley grown on its own farm in Skogn in Trøndelag, Norway. Bonsak combines traditional craft with modern technology, and floor malting and carefully selected barley varieties give the malt aromas with a local character.
