YAKINIKU Kamado XXLARGE 61 cm Complete – large kamado with pro set, side tables and cover
The YAKINIKU XXLARGE Kamado Complete is the largest kamado in the Yakiniku range, made for those who want to grill for many people. The cooking surface is 61 cm, and you can prepare food for 12–15 people at the same time.
The package comes with a pro set, stand, bamboo side tables and grill cover, so you can start using the grill right away. The pro set consists of a multilevel lift, half-moon grates and heat deflectors, making it easy to combine direct and indirect heat in the same grill.
The grill is built from extra-thick ceramic combined with cordierite. This gives good heat insulation and makes it resistant to all kinds of weather. Details in 304 stainless steel give a long service life.
You control the temperature with the top vent and the air intake at the bottom, whether you grill hot and fast or cook low & slow for many hours. An integrated wood chipper opening lets you add smoke without opening the lid and losing heat. The wood chipper is sold separately.
YAKINIKU is inspired by Japanese grilling tradition. The XXLARGE model can be used for everything from grilling and smoking to baking pizza and bread.
