Speidel Wort pump device for 50L #Braumeister – pump the wort into the fermenter

The Wort pump device lets you use the built-in pump of the Braumeister to pump the wort into the fermenter. This makes it easy to fill fermenters that stand higher than the Braumeister valve, without lifting or pouring.

The pump device only works with the new #Braumeister 50L Plus operated with one pump.

Which Braumeister models does the pump device fit?

It only fits the #Braumeister 50L operated with one pump, i.e. the new 50L Plus. There is a separate Wort pump device for the 20L model.

What is included?

You get a stainless steel pipe, a suction/pump plug, a valve and 1.5 metres of silicone hose.

Why pump the wort instead of draining it?

When the fermenter stands higher than the Braumeister valve, the wort will not flow over by itself. The Braumeister pump can then move the wort for you.
