Quantor MiniChilly 05 SB Compatible Black – glycol chiller for up to six tanks
MiniChilly 05 SB Compatible is a chiller for homebrewers and small breweries making beer, cider or wine. It lets you get the most out of tanks from, for example, Brewtools, Speidel and the Grainfather Conical Fermenter. The Black Edition comes with connections for cooling up to six tanks and has an external sight glass that makes it easy to keep an eye on the liquid level.
How it works
A submersible pump, as in Quantor's Fermflex SB Kit or the Temp Control Pump Kit, is lowered into the water bath, which with a glycol mix can be cooled down to -6 °C. The chiller comes with 3/8" hose barbs for connecting up to six submersible pumps, which can run at the same time to cool several tanks.
Cooling capacity: 0.56 kW, enough for up to 2 x 240 L tanks with one 240 L tank on cold crash at any time, or 4 x 120 L tanks.
