Storage and quality
The hops are vacuum packed and stored in a freezer room at -18 °C, so the quality keeps for several years. We focus on offering hops from the last two crop years, but older hops can be just as good as long as they have been stored correctly. At home, keep the hops cold, dark and airtight, preferably in the freezer. Read more about shelf life and storage of hops in the article from Yakima Valley Hops (PDF).
