Metervare Urtegata Cooked Bratwurst with Wild Garlic – 1 kg (Trondheim only)
Urtegata from Metervare is a cooked bratwurst with Norwegian wild garlic. It is made from 85% Norwegian pork, is unsmoked and has a mild flavour. It is both dairy-free and gluten-free and contains no additives.
What sets Urtegata apart from ordinary grilling sausages is the wild garlic and the seasoning with parsley, garlic, cumin, clove and marjoram. The sausage carries the Norwegian Spesialitet mark and is handmade by Metervare in Oslo.

Preparation
Score the sausage and put it on the grill. It can also be fried in butter over medium heat, 2–3 minutes on each side. Serve with potato salad and mustard.

Ingredients: Pork (85%), water, potato starch, salt, flat-leaf parsley, Norwegian wild garlic, black pepper, garlic, cumin, clove, marjoram and imported sheep casing. All spices are irradiated.
