Mandarina Bavaria hop pellets – German aroma hop with tangerine and citrus
Mandarina Bavaria is a German aroma hop with a pleasant, fruity flavour and aroma of tangerine and citrus. The variety was bred at the Hop Research Institute in Hüll, is a daughter of Cascade and was released in 2012. It is a natural fit for pale ales and fruity IPAs, but also works well in saisons, wheat beers and pilsners. The pack contains 100 g of pellets.

Storage
The hops are vacuum-packed and stored in a freezer room at −18 °C, and the quality keeps well for several years. We prioritise hops from the last two harvests, but older hops can be just as good when they have been stored correctly. Once the pack is opened, seal it airtight and put it in the freezer.
