How do I connect the tubing?
Cut the tubing square and push it fully into the connector. To release it, push in the collet and pull the tubing out.
The connector leaks or the beer foams. What should I do?
A tiny leak at the connector can draw in air and cause foaming. Cut the tube end square and clean, and reconnect.
Can the connector handle acid-based sanitizers?
Acid-based products can make plastic parts brittle over time. Avoid prolonged contact and rinse with water.
