Haandbryggeriet Humlekanon all-grain beer kit – IPA with American hops
Together with Haandbryggeriet in Drammen we have created an all-grain kit for homebrewers who want to brew Humlekanon. Humlekanon is a straw-coloured IPA with pronounced bitterness and lots of American hop flavour. The beer is dry-hopped with Cascade, Centennial and Citra.
The kit is for brewers who brew from scratch with a brewing system, mashing and boiling themselves.

- Yields approx. 21–22 litres (29 litres pre-boil, approx. 24.5 litres into the fermenter)

Priming sugar, finings and yeast nutrient are not included in the kit.
Unmilled malt for fresh ingredients
For quality and shelf life, the malt is supplied unmilled. If you do not already have one, we recommend a malt mill so that your ingredients are completely fresh on brew day. Freshly milled malt gives the best result.

What equipment do I need?
An all-grain kit is for brewers who mash and boil themselves, for example with a brewing system. You will also need a fermenter, sanitizer and a malt mill, as the malt is supplied unmilled.
