Grainfather GC4 Glycol Chiller – precise fermentation temperature control
A glycol chiller gives you full control over temperature during fermentation. The Grainfather GC4 can chill up to four 30 L fermenters at the same time. Temperature is controlled on each fermenter, so the fermenters can run at different temperatures. It can also cold crash 23 litres of beer down to 4 °C in four hours.

Why cold crash the beer?
When the beer is chilled to 0–4 °C after fermentation, yeast and hop debris settle out. The beer becomes clearer, and more of it can be transferred.
