Description

Gozney Dome Gen 2 Door – insulated oven door for baking, smoking and slow roasting

The door for the Gozney Dome Gen 2 retains heat better and creates a more controlled environment inside the oven. Together with the thick stone floor and insulation of the Dome Gen 2 you get a stable heat chamber, so you can cook far more than pizza: bread, meat, vegetables and slow roasts, and dishes where you want to control smoke and steam.

The door is made of ceramic-coated 304 stainless steel with a double-walled construction for better heat retention. It makes it easier to control the oven temperature and the amount of smoke or steam inside the oven.
