Enolmatic semi-automatic vacuum bottle filler for beer – Tenco
The Enolmatic from Tenco in Italy is a small-scale, semi-automatic bottle filler with features similar to a professional filler. It is designed for bottling non-carbonated beer and can also be used for wine and mead.
The bottles are filled by vacuum. When a bottle is placed under the machine, the vacuum in the bottle draws the beer straight from the tank, without the beer touching the pump or any other mechanical parts of the filler. This preserves the beer's character and quality and reduces the risk of oxidation.
