Simple and affordable starter kit for homebrewing
Easy Brew is a simple yet well-thought-out starter kit for anyone who wants to try homebrewing without investing too much at the start. You get the basic equipment you need to brew Fresh Wort Kits, extract kits and hard seltzer, and it includes no fewer than 48 x 500 ml PET bottles with caps. Wort or beer kits are not included.
The bottles can be reused many times and are easy for beginners to handle. Rinse the bottles with lukewarm water after use, and simply sanitize them the next time you fill them.

How to brew with a Fresh Wort Kit
- Sanitize the fermenter, lid, airlock and other equipment with Chemipro San.
- Pour the wort into the fermenter and sprinkle over the yeast that comes with the kit. No water should be added.
- Fit the lid and airlock, and let the beer ferment for 10–14 days at the temperature given in the instructions.
- Fermentation is finished when the hydrometer shows the same reading two to three days in a row.
- Fill the bottles using the tap and bottle filler, and add one carbonation drop per bottle.
- Leave the bottles at room temperature for about two weeks, and the beer is carbonated.

Easy Brew works well as a first step into homebrewing. Perhaps you start with a simple Fresh Wort Kit, but before you know it, you want to experiment with your own recipes and brew all-grain with real malt. Frequently asked questions about Easy Brew
Does Easy Brew include beer or wort?
No. Easy Brew contains the equipment. You buy a Fresh Wort Kit, an extract kit or a hard seltzer kit separately.
Are 48 bottles enough for a Fresh Wort Kit?
Yes. A 20L Fresh Wort Kit gives about 18–19 litres of finished beer, and 48 bottles of 0.5 litres hold 24 litres.
Do I need to add water to a Fresh Wort Kit?
No. A Fresh Wort Kit contains 20 litres of ready-brewed, water-adjusted wort. You pour the wort into the fermenter and add the yeast that comes with it.
Why PET bottles and not glass?
PET bottles are light, do not break and have screw caps, so you do not need a capper. You can also feel with your fingers whether pressure has built up in the bottle.
What else do I need for extract kits or hard seltzer?
We recommend a stirring paddle, as extract and sugar need to be stirred into water. Otherwise, the kit has what you need.
