The Brewtools B180 is designed for brewers who need more capacity, better control, and a more professional setup than traditional homebrewing machines. This is a powerful all-in-one brewing system perfectly suited for serious homebrewers, brewing clubs, pilot breweries, and smaller microbreweries.
The system has a total capacity of 197 liters and is designed for batch sizes from 30 to 180 liters. With a malt capacity of up to 45 kg, the B180 offers great flexibility for both standard brews and stronger beers with higher OG.
The B180 features a 10° conical bottom and indirect heating. This ensures even heat distribution, excellent control, and easier cleaning. The integrated cooling jacket allows for efficient wort chilling, and the included whirlpool setup contributes to better yield and cleaner separation of trub and hop residue.
The brewing machine is controlled by Brewtools' FCS Brewing control system with an 8" IPS touchscreen. The system uses PT1000 temperature sensors and modern communication via CAN bus. The screen can be flexibly positioned with a single cable and ball mount system, allowing you to customize your workspace to your brewing setup.
Wort flow through the FCS Brew Pump is controlled via the patented CleanCore 3-way valve from the front of the machine. This provides a tidy, hygienic, and flexible setup for recirculation, transfer, and process control. The B180 also has TC connections on the side, allowing the system to be easily expanded with, for example, sparge water, external cooling, bypass, or other accessories.
The included malt pipe has a hinged suspension that allows it to be tilted for easier emptying of spent grain. For even greater capacity and more efficient workflow, the B180 can also be extended with an external mash tun. This significantly increases malt capacity and reduces the need for a crane or lifting equipment when handling the malt pipe.
