Description

Bouncer Inline Beer Filter – an inline filter for your siphon hose

The Bouncer is a filter that connects to the hose between the fermenter and the bottling bucket or keg. It filters out trub, krausen, hops and proteins, giving a clearer beer that tastes better. The Bouncer suits standard batches of about 20 litres.

The beer runs through the filter with an ordinary siphon and gravity, so you need neither pressure nor a pump. You get more beer out of each batch, and the filter is a quick alternative to cold crashing or finings.

Features

  • filters out trub, krausen, hops and proteins
  • works with a siphon and gravity, no pressure or pump needed
  • can also be used between the kettle and the fermenter, but the wort must be cooled first
  • can also be used as a mini-Randall
  • easy to use and clean

Technical data

  • filter: 915 micron (standard)
  • fits standard tubing with 3/8" inner diameter
  • withstands up to 65 °C
  • made from food-grade material in the USA

For larger batches, or smaller batches with lots of hops, we recommend its big brother, the BouncerMD (Mac Daddy).
