Bootleggers Cream Ale all-grain beer kit – light and lager-like
Bootleggers Cream Ale is a pale, pilsner-like cream ale, with rice hulls in the recipe in keeping with tradition. The kit is from Brewolution and contains malt, hops, yeast and finings for a 23–25 litre brew.
The kit is for brewers who mash and boil from scratch, for example with a brewing system.

Unmilled malt for fresh ingredients
For quality and shelf life, the malt is supplied unmilled. If you don't already have one, we recommend a grain mill so you have completely fresh ingredients on brew day. Freshly milled malt gives the best result.

Ferment for 14 days at 18–22 °C. Check with a hydrometer before packaging so you know fermentation is complete.

Malt, hops, yeast, finings and brewing instructions are included. Priming sugar is sold separately. You also need brewing equipment for mashing and boiling, a fermenter and a grain mill, as the malt is supplied unmilled.
