Do I need to add water to the Skull of Prey Fresh Wort Kit?
No. The kit contains 20 litres of fully brewed, water-adjusted wort from Amundsen Bryggeri. Pour the wort into your fermenter and pitch the yeast that comes with it. Never add water.
Which yeast is included, and how is the beer fermented?
The kit comes with 2 x AEB Fermoale New-E dry yeast. Recommended fermentation is 14 days at 20 °C.
How strong will the beer be?
With an OG of 1.062 and an FG of around 1.014, the beer ends up at approx. 6.5% ABV. Bitterness is 16 IBU and the colour 7.1 EBC.
How much beer does one kit make?
20 litres of beer equals 60 bottles of 0.33 L or 40 bottles of 0.5 L.
