1.5" Tri-Clamp weldless bulkhead with internal threads

This weldless bulkhead lets you fit a 1.5" Tri-Clamp flange to almost any equipment, such as tanks and kettles, without welding. On the inside it has 1/2" NPT female threads, so you can screw in a hose barb or other fittings inside the kettle. Drill a 34–35 mm hole and fit the bulkhead.

The bulkhead is made by Brumetal, Brewshop's own brand, in top-quality 304 stainless steel with a heat-resistant silicone O-ring.

What can I connect on the inside?

The internal 1/2" NPT threads accept fittings with 1/2" NPT male threads, such as a hose barb or a threaded dip tube.

Are the clamp and gasket included?

No. A 1.5" Tri-Clamp clamp and a gasket must be bought separately.

How does it differ from the bulkhead with Tri-Clamp on both ends?

This one has 1/2" NPT threads on the inside. The version with Tri-Clamp on both ends has a 1.5" Tri-Clamp both inside and outside and needs a 42 mm hole.
