1.5" Tri-Clamp elbow 180 degrees – U-bend for 19 mm tube

This 180-degree elbow in 304 stainless steel turns the flow all the way round in a U-bend. It has a 1.5" Tri-Clamp connection at both ends and a tube diameter of 19 mm. The elbow suits pipework for wort, beer and water, for example around the pump, chiller and tank in the brewery.

What do I need to fit the elbow?

Each Tri-Clamp joint needs a Tri-Clamp clamp and a gasket of the same size, i.e. 1.5". The elbow has a connection at both ends, so you need two sets.

Which gasket should I choose?

EPDM and silicone are the most common Tri-Clamp gaskets. We stock both in 1.5".

What is the difference between 1.5" and the 19 mm tube diameter?

1.5" is the size of the Tri-Clamp ferrule, which decides the clamp and gasket you use. 19 mm is the diameter of the tube itself.
