Looft is a Swedish family-owned company that makes the Looftlighter, an electric charcoal starter that lights charcoal and wood with hot air, and a modular outdoor kitchen in stainless steel. Here you will find the Looftlighter Classic and Pro, and the outdoor kitchen in four ready-made combinations, from a charcoal grill with two side tables to an L-shaped kitchen with a sink.
The Looftlighter was invented by Richard Looft, who founded Looft Industries in 2005. Today he runs the company together with Vincent Looft.
Looftlighter – light the grill with hot air
A Looftlighter blows superheated air at the charcoal, so it catches fire without lighter fluid, gas or matches. The airflow also works as a bellows, so the charcoal is quickly ready. It is all electric, needs no refills and lights charcoal, briquettes and wood, both in the grill and in the fireplace.
Brushless motor with Boost for 30 % more air, auto ignition, detachable heat shield
Both have a 3 metre power cord. The Classic is the original from 2006, while the Pro suits you if you want more air and one-press ignition.
Modular outdoor kitchen in stainless steel
The Looft outdoor kitchen is built around three modules that can be combined freely: charcoal grill, side table and water module. All parts, down to the smallest nut and bolt, are made of 304L stainless steel.
Charcoal grill with a split, sliding grate and two charcoal boxes for two heat zones. The cooking area is 43 × 43 cm, and the grill has top and bottom vents, a thermometer and a removable ash box.
Side table with a 50 × 50 cm worktop and room for storage. With its drain plug it can also be used as an ice box.
Water module with a large sink and a restaurant-style faucet. It connects to your garden hose with the included quick connector, or to hot and cold water.
Choose A if you mainly want to grill and need work space. B and C add a sink, and C has an extra side table. L suits you if you have room for a corner and often cook for many.
