Brewtools – brewing systems, fermenters and spare parts
Brewtools is a Norwegian brand of brewing equipment, developed by Apparatus for homebrewers, brewing clubs and small breweries. Brewshop stocks the full Brewtools range: brewing systems from B25 to B180, Unitank and MiniUni fermenters, Brite tanks, Troll brewing tables, accessories and original spare parts.
Choosing Brewtools equipment
Batch size: The brewing system sets your batch size. Choose a fermenter with at least the same working volume.
Power: B25 and B50 run on single-phase 230 V. B100 and B180 need two separate 230 V circuits.
Pressure: Unitank and MiniUni are rated for 2 bar for pressure fermenting and carbonating. MiniUni needs the pressure fermentation kit.
Cooling: The Unitanks connect to a glycol chiller for temperature control. The MiniUni plus models (30+, 40+ and 50+) have a cooling jacket.

Brewtools FAQ
Who makes Brewtools?
Brewtools is a Norwegian brand. The equipment is developed by Apparatus, which designs the equipment and produces it with manufacturing partners in several countries.
Which Brewtools brewing system suits homebrewing?
B25 and B50 run on standard 230 V and suit homebrewers. The B25 is a compact table-top model, while the B50 has a conical bottom and twice the volume. B100 and B180 are built for experienced homebrewers, brewing clubs and small breweries.
What is the difference between Unitank and MiniUni?
Unitank (F40–F300) is built for fermenting, clarifying and carbonating in one tank, with an adjustable stand and glycol cooling. MiniUni (10–50 litres) costs less and also works for storing, serving, hot water and cleaning solution. Both are rated for 2 bar.
What is the difference between the F80 Unitank and F80 Unitank Light?
It is the same tank. The Light version comes with slightly less equipment, and the large TC adapter, sample valve and racking arm are made of food-grade polyketone (POK). It can later be upgraded to the standard version.
Can I get spare parts for Brewtools?
Yes. We carry original parts for the discontinued B40pro, B80pro and B150pro, such as heating elements, gaskets, filters, sensors and dip tubes, plus Unitank and MiniUni parts.
