Simcoe Hop Pellets
Simcoe is a popular American hop with high alpha acid and complex aromas of pine, earthy, citrus, berry and tropical fruit. It is used both as a bittering and aroma hop, and is well-suited for IPAs, pale ales, porters, and other beer styles with a distinct hop profile. Simcoe adds depth and character to beer and is often combined with hops such as Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo. A favorite among brewers who want a balance between fruitiness and classic hop character.
