Napoleon Griddle, narrow
With the Napoleon reversible cast iron griddle, you can significantly expand your grill's range of use. The griddle is placed directly in the grill, transforming the grill grate into a large, even cooking surface, just like at a classic American diner. Here you can cook everything from hash and fried eggs to burgers, onions, and vegetables, all at the same time.
The griddle is made of solid cast iron, which absorbs and retains heat well for even cooking and a perfect crust. It has a reversible design: one smooth side with a small rim for frying eggs, bacon, and potatoes, and one ribbed side with Napoleon's characteristic WAVE™ pattern, which creates beautiful grill marks on meat and fish.
Three practical drainage holes at one end drain away excess fat during cooking. The griddle is adapted for Napoleon's Drop-in system and can replace a grill grate in compatible Napoleon grills, but can also be used on top of the grill grate in other grills.
