The Enobeer Electric Pasteurizer 200 L/h is a professional pasteurization machine manufactured by Enobeer in Italy. It is designed for pasteurization of juice, must, and other liquid products, and can be used in conjunction with bottle filling or Bag-in-Box solutions.
The machine has an integrated heating boiler with a stainless steel coil. The product flows through the coil, which is surrounded by hot water. The heat pasteurizes the liquid and helps reduce bacteria, thereby improving the product's shelf life.
Since the heating coil is integrated into the boiler, the machine saves space and reduces heat loss compared to solutions where water is pumped to an external heat exchanger. This can result in energy savings of up to 15–20%.
The pasteurizer is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and is designed for easy and quick cleaning. It is equipped with a safety sensor that prevents dry running, and the machine will not start if the water level is not correct. If the boiler temperature exceeds the set value, an automatic temperature sensor shuts off the heating elements.
The juice temperature is monitored manually via a digital thermometer. The machine can be supplied with a filling kit for bottles or Bag-in-Box, depending on requirements.
