CIP system for brewery cleaning
For efficient cleaning of brewhouses and fermentation tanks, while saving a lot of cleaning agent/acid when you can reuse the solutions. Supplied complete with control panel, heating element, powerful centrifugal pump (120L/min, 30m lifting height), DIN couplings and butterfly valves for connecting to fermentation tank or brewhouse.
The system is manufactured from 304 stainless steel, on a frame with wheels for maximum mobility. The system is equipped with a heating element and temperature controllers, making it possible to control the temperature of the water in the tank containing the alkaline solution, which improves the efficiency of the cleaning process.
The CIP system can be supplied with 1, 2 or 3 tanks:
- 1 tank
- Choose between 150L, 300L or 500L
- Insulated, with heating element for alkaline cleaning. Can also be used for acid-based CIP or water.
- 2 tanks
- Choose between 300L or 500L per tank
- Tank 1 is insulated and with a heating element. Used for alkaline cleaning
- Tank 2 is used for acid-based disinfectant or water
- 3 tanks
- Choose between 300L or 500L per tank
