Additionally, Caputo Pizza Yeast is included, an Italian dry yeast developed specifically for pizza dough and baked goods. It provides stable and even proofing and can be mixed directly into the flour.
For optimal proofing, the Gozney Dough Tray is included in the package. This is a premium proofing box with an airtight seal, pressure valve, temperature gauge, and removable silicone insert with a non-stick surface. Caputo Doppio Zero Classica Tipo 00

Caputo Nuvola Tipo 0

Caputo Semola Durum Wheat Flour
