Brewster Beacon 40L brewing system from Brewolution
The Brewster Beacon is an all-in-one brewing system from Brewolution in Denmark, with a total volume of 40 litres, a brewing capacity of up to 30 litres and room for 10 kg of malt. It is easy to use and maintain, and works well as a first brewing system.
We have tested the system ourselves, and the temperature control is very good for an affordable machine. At 60 °C and 65 °C we measured a deviation of only 0.2 °C, and at 67 °C we measured 0.4 °C. Control of the mash temperature is key to hitting the Specific Gravity in the recipe.

Chilling
The system is supplied without a chiller. The 8.8 m immersion chiller with John Guest fitting cools from 100 °C to 22 °C in under 30 minutes.
