BEST Caramel® Munich III Malt - Bestmalz
BEST Caramel® Munich III is the darkest caramel malt from the BEST Caramel® Munich series. With this malt, even with low proportions in the grist, it is possible to brew strong dark beers and all types of dark specialty beers where a full-bodied, round flavor reminiscent of toasty bread crust is appreciated. Due to the special caramelization process, a very even caramel formation is achieved in the grain. This facilitates the brewing process and contributes to a pleasant aroma profile in the resulting beers.
Usage: Up to 40%. For Märzen, wheat beer, Bock and all dark beer styles.
