BEST Caramel® Munich II marks the center of the BEST Caramel® Munich series in terms of color. In addition to the darker color, the aroma components reminiscent of almond and bread crust also increase. A subtle roasted character completes the profile. Due to the special caramelization process, a very even caramel formation is achieved in the grain. This facilitates the brewing process and contributes to a pleasant aroma profile in the resulting beers.
Usage: Up to 50%. For Märzen, wheat beer, Bock and all dark beer styles.
