BEST Black Malt eXtra 25kg (1300-1400 EBC) - Bestmalz

BEST Black Malt eXtra is the darkest, roasted malt from Bestmalz. The intensive roasting process produces color and aroma components that give the beer a black to jet-black color and a character of black coffee or strong espresso, depending on the amount used. Despite the use of BEST Black Malt eXtra, the beer foam will remain light.

Usage: Up to 5%. For all beers for color enhancement, for Schwarzbier, Bock, Altbier, Starkbier, Porter and all other very dark to black specialty beers with a roasted or coffee character.
