BEST A-XL is a base malt made from the traditional German barley variety Alexis. It provides a malty taste, a full body, and a golden yellow color. Best A-XL ensures very good foam stability in the beer. An increased proportion of free amino nitrogen (FAN) is supplied to the yeast during fermentation. BEST A-XL is available exclusively from BESTMALZ.

Usage: Up to 100%, as a functional malt to create excellent foam.
