Product Specifications and Quality
This is a strong beer version of the popular Austmann Pils, developed to give you a deeper and more complex taste experience. With an alcohol content of 5.5% ABV, you get a beer with more body and character than the commercial version. The wort is carefully water-adjusted and also contains yeast nutrient and fining agent, contributing to optimal fermentation and a brilliantly clear final product. Professionally brewed by Austmann Brewery and filled in a Bag In Box with nitrogen flush to preserve freshness and quality.
Easy Brewing with Guaranteed Success
Simply add the included yeast (2 x Fermolager W dry yeast) to the wort, and you're ready to go. This wort kit is designed to give you consistent and reliable results every time, without the complexity of traditional wort preparation. After approximately three weeks of fermentation at 13-16°C, your beer is ready for bottling or kegging.

Fresh, professionally brewed wort
Our Fresh Wort Kits contain 20 liters of water-adjusted wort, professionally brewed by Austmann Bryggeri, one of Norway's leading microbreweries. With the aim of providing our customers with the absolute highest quality to produce perfect craft beer at home, the wort is filled in a Bag In Box using a high-tech filling machine. The bag is then flushed with nitrogen to ensure minimal oxygen in the wort. The wort is 100% ready to use, and both fining agent and yeast nutrient are added during the boil. This is not a semi-finished product, and you should not top it up with water. Just pitch the yeast and follow the instructions.
