Ansep BLC (Beer Line Cleaner) is a highly effective liquid, alkaline Clean-In-Place (CIP) cleaning agent for draft lines and taps. Excellent for removing proteins, carbohydrates, and hop resins, and prevents scale formation. The product is non-foaming and works on the basis of color recognition, changing color from purple to green or gray when dirty. When the solution eventually turns purple, this indicates a clean system.
- Mixing ratio: 4-8% with water at 5-50°C.
- Contact time: approx. 15 minutes
