Musso recognised that size and shape are important factors in conveying the message of a fine beer, and his goal in creating TEKU was to develop an industry standard that could be used for sensory analysis of craft beer, inspired by glasses used for similar wine assessment. Musso created a series of prototypes and Kuaska evaluated all of them. The result was a beer glass that is an elegant, functional instrument intended to elevate the taste of a fine beer. The glass was then produced by the legendary German glassmaker Rastal.
