The conical bottom makes it easy to drain yeast and sediment through the dump valve, and the tap with rotating pick-up tube gives you clear beer without the sediment. Two fermenters can be stacked on top of each other, so they take up little space.

Pairs well with the Brew Monk brewing systems.

Features

Conical bottom with 3/4" stainless ball valve for yeast and sediment

Sample valve: 1/2" ball valve

Tap with rotating pick-up tube and 13 mm hose spout

Stainless steel lid with silicone seal and 1.5" tri-clamp connection

Silicone bung and airlock included

Digital thermometer, batteries included

Volume markings on the inside

3 adjustable legs and 2 sturdy stainless steel handles

Stackable – two fermenters can stand on top of each other

Matte finish

Technical data

Material: AISI 304 stainless steel

Total volume: 32 litres

Fermentation volume: 25 litres

Top diameter: 35 cm

Height: 58.5 cm (69.5 cm with airlock)

Weight: 7.9 kg

Single wall, not pressure-rated and no cooling jacket

Frequently asked questions about the Brew Monk 30L fermenter

How much can I ferment in it?

The fermenter holds 32 litres in total and is designed for 23–25 litre batches, leaving room for krausen during fermentation.

Can I pressure ferment or carbonate in it?

No. The fermenter is single-walled and not designed for pressure.
